Who is AcceptJesusAsLord?
Q: Can you tell a bit about yourself?
A: Hi, my name is Michael. I’m a young adult man who is building a career in marketing. After a year of work, I decided to go back to school and get a Master’s degree, which I finished in 2024.
Q: Why have you decided to study marketing and are you planning to use it to impact God’s Kingdom?
A: It was a difficult and long road before I finally decided to go for marketing. The nice thing about marketing is that you have to use your creativity to do your work well. I believe that you have to do something that you enjoy, but also something that has purpose and that adds to your Godly calling. I believe that I can use marketing to write better articles and to help and instruct people.
About the goals
Q: How do you think you can use marketing to reach your goals?
A: My goal with AcceptJesusAsLord is based on 2 Timothy 3:16-17, which in my opinion beautifully showcases how the Word of God is the cornerstone and foundation. The Word of God can be used for many purposes, but all to build up the body of Christ or to preach the Kingdom of God. Therefore my goal is to spread the Word of God around the world using my Godly calling, which I believe is a teacher. A teacher instructs and explains the Word of God. Using marketing can help me to create better content and to be better able to spread it to reach the right audience.
Q: Would you say that it is important for you to reach many people?
A: Yes and no. Personally, I would like to reach as many people as possible to inspire many souls. However, I believe that it is more important for me to be obedient to God and to do His will. If that means that I am able to only reach one person, I should work for that one person. And when the time is there, I believe that God will send more people to my content. Even if I am able to save just one soul, I did what God desired of me and that should be enough!
About the vision
Q: How are you gonna inspire those souls?
A: The main attribute of AcceptJesusAsLord is to create inspiring and encouraging content. I have received several words of wisdom from other people about how I should focus on writing. Therefore, I believe I should write and create biblical content. The website is like a house from which every room can be located. There is a room that leads to worship and encouraging videos (YouTube), another room leads short encouraging or educating videos (YouTube and TikTok), and other rooms show content about blogs (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) written on the website. The blogs, however, are the foundation.
Q: Have other people been encouraged or inspired by your content?
A: I know that I create the content, but I am just the one who plants and gives water, but God is the One who does let grow (1 Corinthians 3:6-11). However, I have asked some people what they thought about the content and my words and encouragement for them. You can find those testimonials here.
Extra questions
A: I used to watch the live tv broadcast of Jesus Sanctuary Ministries. One day during the broadcast, out of nowhere, I had a strong conviction to start an Instagram channel to encourage people and to share the Word of God. The pastor of Jesus Sanctuary Ministries used to mention how important it was that people had to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior, therefore I used the name “AcceptJesusAsLord.”
A: I don’t remember the exact year AcceptJesusAsLord was created, but I think that it should be around 2016.
A: I want to inspire, reproof, correct, and instruct the body of Christ and unbelievers. I am doing that by writing and creating different kinds of content which is inspired by the Bible.
